Rockefeller oysters

Created in 1889 in New Orleans restaurant Antoines by Jules Alciatore due to a shortage of escargot, the dish was named after John D Rockefeller Americas wealthiest man due to the richness of the dish.

Pan fried halibut filet with a hazelnut crust, butter poached king crab loin and shellfish cream sauce

Slow cooked filet of beef served on a toasted bread crouton, pan fried foie gras, black winter truffle and madeira sauce
